Ten Québec restaurants. We're picking them.

Before launch, we sign ten restaurants as founding partners. Paid from day one. Locked rate for thirty-six months. The kind of partnership that doesn't exist after launch.

01 · What you get

The offer

The founding rate, locked for 36 months

The lowest rate RestoManager will ever offer. Paid from your sign date, locked for three years. After 36 months, you transition to the Loyalty Rate — permanent, well below launch pricing. The dollar figure is something we go over on the call, not on a public page.

A direct line to one of us

Three of us are customer-facing. You get one of us as your named primary contact — phone, text, email. Response inside 24 hours, including weekends, for the duration of the program.

A half-day on-site to set you up

One of us comes to your restaurant. We configure the system for your operation. We walk you through it. We run a 30-minute huddle with your team to onboard them. No customer who signs after launch gets this.

A seat at the table

Every RestoManager client eventually votes on what we build. You go further — you help decide what goes on the roadmap in the first place. Weekly 30-minute call for the first two months, then on-demand. That's where the Fall 2026 features get shaped.

Public recognition

Your restaurant on the founding-partners page. Mention in the launch press release. A handwritten note from the four of us at signing. The badge stays even after the founding rate ends — founding partner is a status for life.

02 · What we ask

What we ask in return

Use the product, not workarounds

Run RestoManager as your real workforce system from day one. Not alongside WhatsApp, not alongside the spreadsheet. The feedback only works if the product is the system.

A 30-minute call, weekly, for two months

First two months: a weekly 30-minute call with your primary contact among us. After month two: on-demand — when we need you, when you need us. The intense first stretch is by design.

One testimonial, when you're ready

A written quote and a short video, given when you'd recommend the product publicly. Ideally by month two to support the broader launch. We come film at your restaurant — about an hour. We won't push a testimonial that isn't earned.

Three introductions, within four months

Three personal introductions to other Québec restaurant owners who might fit. Not "I know a guy" — actual email or in-person intros. We can give you a shortlist of restaurants in your orbit if it helps.

Up to four reference calls per quarter

When we have a serious prospect, we may ask you to do a 15-minute phone call with them. Up to four per quarter. Not a site visit. Not a sales pitch — your honest take on the product.

03 · Who fits

Who this is for

All of these. Not most.

    Your restaurant has been open for at least six months.

    You have 10 to 40 employees.

    You're independent or running 1 to 3 locations.

    You're on-premises most days. You run the place; you don't just own it.

    You're in Montréal, Québec City, Laval, Trois-Rivières, or Gatineau.

    You use a smartphone every day. Your team uses smartphones every day.

  7. 07

    You're not mid-contract with a scheduling tool like Agendrix, 7shifts, Voilà!, or Push Operations.

If this isn't you, it's not the end of the conversation.

Fewer than ten employees, outside the areas above, mid-contract with another tool, or just learning what your restaurant needs — none of that disqualifies you from RestoManager. It disqualifies you from this specific cohort, which is built around in-person onboarding and a tight feedback loop. The launch list is for everyone else. We'll be in touch with intro pricing when we open beyond the founding ten.

05 · The math

What the cohort is, in numbers

10 restaurants. Hard cap. When we sign ten, we close — even if more want in.

Paid from day one. No free trial. We want the wire transfer that says "this is a real product."

Locked for 36 months. Your founding rate doesn't move for three years, regardless of where launch pricing lands.

Status for life. The rate sunsets at month 37. The founding-partner status doesn't.
